fog catcher
A device whose main element is a large screen with a very fine mesh made of a synthetic material such as polypropylene, which has the ability to capture the minuscule droplets of fog, allowing them to be collected and stored. These screens manage to supply potable water to some small communities living in desert regions where it barely rains, such as Atacama, in Chile.
