Bases del Concurso Fotográfico de Meteored 2023
1.Resumen de las bases
La meteorología cada vez cuenta con más adeptos. El estado del cielo siempre ha preocupado a la población, pero ahora el calentamiento global y, sobre todo, el mayor flujo de información e imágenes con el tiempo como protagonista han despertado la conciencia colectiva. Desde hace años el espacio dedicado a la predicción meteorológica se erige como el más visto de los telediarios, una circunstancia que ha multiplicado la duración de estas secciones que cada vez son más interactivas por la información que aportan los aficionados y, también, gracias a las muchísimas imágenes que llegan a las redacciones de la mano de decenas de fotógrafos desinteresados. En el marco de esta tendencia comunicativa, y tras el éxito de la convocatoria del año pasado, Meteored organiza el Concurso de Fotografía Meteorológica 2023.
El concurso se desarrolla en dos fases, una primera en la que los usuarios de Facebook e Instagram, a través de sus interacciones, decidirán qué imágenes deben ser finalistas; y una segunda en la que nuestro jurado profesional escogerá la ganadora entre dichas fotografías.

3. Quién puede participar
La participación está abierta a todas las personas mayores de 18 años y residentes en España, Portugal, Francia, Italia, Alemania, Reino Unido, Argentina, Chile, Brasil, México y Estados Unidos.
4. Periodo de acción
El presente concurso tiene un periodo de participación comprendido entre el 22 de junio de 2023 y el 6 de julio de 2023, ambas fechas inclusive.
5. Proceso de participación
Las obras se presentarán en formato digital a través de correo electrónico a la dirección
social@meteored.com.
Cada autor o autora podrá presentar una única fotografía que tendrá que contar con una resolución de 300 píxels/pulgada. No se admitirán imágenes premiadas en otros concursos, con marcos o con marcas de agua. El plazo de entrega se extenderá hasta 6 de julio de 2023. Cada fotografía (archivo) tendrá que estar debidamente nombrada con el nombre del autor o autora. En el e-mail de envío también se incluirá el título y el lugar donde fue captada, así como el enlace al Instagram del autor en caso de que este sea usuario/a activo/a. Ejemplo: "David Mancebo. Título: Cascadas. Nerja. Instagram @DM11332u3 ".
Las fotografías no podrán ser alteradas electrónicamente ni por cualquier otro medio. Tampoco se aceptarán fotomontajes. Se permitirán mínimas correcciones de color y luminosidad, en caso de dudas, el jurado podría solicitar al autor el archivo Raw para su comprobación.
6. Criterios de valoración
Las votaciones de los usuarios de Twitter no seguirán ningún criterio, son libres. Las fotografías finalistas serán evaluadas por el jurado profesional que escogerá la ganadora en función de los criterios de: adecuación a temática, estética, originalidad y representatividad del fenómeno.
7. Funcionamiento y premios
El certamen contará con un galardón consistente en una Estación meteorológica WLAN Sainlogic Professional.
La elección de la fotografía ganadora se realizará en dos fases. La primera fase tendrá lugar a través de las cuentas oficiales de Instagram y Facebook de Meteored.
Las fotos recibidas a través del correo electrónico
social@meteored.com, que cumplan los criterios de participación, serán publicadas en las distintas redes sociales y se escogerá aquellas 10 fotografías con un mayor números de "Me gusta" (sumando todas las interacciones que hayan obtenido en las distintas redes). También podrán ser publicadas en Twitter con el objetivo de promocionar el concurso pero las interacciones en esta red no se contabilizarán.
Entre el 23 de junio de 2023 y el 13 de julio de 2023 se irán publicando, en orden de recepción, las imágenes aptas para participar. A partir del 7 de julio, habrá una semana más para que sigan recabando votaciones. El día 14 de julio de 2023 se contabilizarán las interacciones obtenidas hasta ese momento.
El jurado valorará las imágenes finalistas de redes sociales y escogerá la ganadora basándose en los criterios del concurso.
El fallo del jurado se hará público el día 18 de julio de 2023 a través de las redes y medios de Meteored, en el formato que se considere más adecuado para su notificación y se comunicará de forma personal, a través de correo electrónico, al ganador o ganadora.
8. Reconocimiento del premio
El ganador o ganadora cuenta con 5 días naturales a contar a partir del día siguiente a la comunicación por correo electrónico realizada por Meteored, para reclamar el premio y ofrecer los datos necesarios para su envío o recogida.
En caso de que el ganador/a no conteste en el plazo indicado para aceptar el premio, si no cumple todas o algunas de las normas de este concurso, o no quiere o no puede disfrutar del premio, pasará a la segunda fotografía clasificada. El premio no será canjeable por su importe en metálico ni por ningún otro premio.
9. Cesión y reproducción
Los autores y autoras de las fotografías premiadas y seleccionadas cederán sus derechos de reproducción, comunicación y publicación a la organización del concurso con fines de difusión, promoción o divulgación, así como de exhibición en exposiciones itinerantes vinculadas a la organización citando siempre el nombre del autor/a y sin perjuicio de sus propios derechos como autor/a.
Los y las participantes aseguran ser los propietarios de los derechos de las fotografías presentadas y se responsabilizan del contenido de las mismas con total indemnidad de los organizadores y patrocinadores del certamen.
La reproducción, distribución o transformación no autorizada de cualesquiera materiales publicitarios o promocionales constituye una infracción de los derechos de propiedad intelectual del titular.
10. Protección de datos personales
Alpred S.L. es responsable de tratamiento de los datos personales y cualesquiera otros conexos suministrados por los participantes o interesados. Estos datos serán tratados para desarrollo y gestión del concurso en base al consentimiento informado y los presentes términos. Los datos se conservarán al menos mientras existan estos fines y durante no más tiempo del necesario u obligatorio. De forma predeterminada no serán comunicados a terceros, salvo lo legalmente previsto. El interesado puede revocar su consentimiento en cualquier momento, así como ejercer acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad u oposición, dirigiéndose por vía postal a Calle Mayor, n.º 46, 30893 Almendricos (Murcia) España; o vía email a
info@meteored.com.
Asimismo, puede acudir a la autoridad de control (AEPD) o a nuestro delegado de protección de datos en caso de detectar algún tratamiento incorrecto de los datos o desear tutelar el ejercicio de sus derechos, pudiendo ampliar información sobre nuestra política de privacidad.
La presente política de privacidad aplica sobre cualquier afectado incluido o relacionado en las imágenes objeto de participación, sin perjuicio de sus derechos de privacidad. Se ruega máxima diligencia a los participantes en caso de que otros titulares aparezcan en las imágenes remitidas, siendo estos debidamente informados al respecto de la participación y los presentes términos.
11. Normas de control
Alpred S.L. se reserva la facultad de adoptar cuantas medidas resulten oportunas para evitar cualquier conducta de la que Alpred S.L.sospeche que tenga por finalidad o efecto cualquier intento de actuar en fraude de la presente promoción o en incumplimiento de sus normas o en perjuicio de otros participantes,
cuya primera e inmediata consecuencia será la exclusión del participante y la pérdida de todo derecho al premio que eventualmente hubiese obtenido.
Está prohibido crear o tener más de un perfil de cada una de las redes sociales en las que se participe con el fin de alterar las votaciones. Alpred S.L. se reserva el derecho de invalidar, expulsar, eliminar o no tener en cuenta en el cómputo aquellos perfiles que considere sospechosos de cualquier intento de participación fraudulenta, incluido, a modo enunciativo y no limitativo, el intento de registro de más de un perfil de usuario de RRSS por parte de una persona, creación de perfiles falsos o usurpación de identidad.
Asimismo, Alpred S.L., se reserva el derecho de poner cualquier sospecha en este sentido en conocimiento de la empresa responsable de la plataforma Twitter para que adopte las medidas que correspondan. Igualmente Alpred S.L., se reserva el derecho de emprender cualesquiera acciones legales que pudieran corresponderle.
Alpred S.L. se reserva el derecho a descargar y excluir del concurso cualquier respuesta enviada por los usuarios cuando lo considere oportuno.
Alpred S.L. se reserva el derecho a excluir participaciones que contengan elementos pornográficos, sexuales, violentos o que agredan a la integridad física o moral de las personas.
12. Limitación de responsabilidad
Alpred S.L., no es responsable de las interrupciones o fallos en Internet, en las páginas de RRSS, la red por cable, las redes de comunicaciones electrónicas,
fallos de software o hardware ni por los posibles errores en la introducción y/o el procesamiento de respuestas, entregas o datos personales.
Alpred S.L. excluye cualquier responsabilidad por los daños y perjuicios de toda naturaleza que, a pesar de las medidas de seguridad adoptadas, pudieran
deberse a la utilización indebida de los servicios y de los contenidos por parte de los usuarios, y, en particular, aunque no de forma exclusiva, por los daños y perjuicios que puedan deberse a la suplantación de la personalidad de un tercero efectuada por un usuario.
13. Otras normas de la promoción
La simple participación en este concurso implica la aceptación de estas Bases en su totalidad y el criterio interpretativo de Alpred S.L. en cuanto a la resolución de
cualquier cuestión derivada del presente concurso, por lo que la manifestación, en el sentido de no aceptación de las mismas, implicará la exclusión del participante y, como consecuencia de la misma, Alpred S.L. quedará liberado del cumplimiento de
cualquier obligación contraída con él.
Alpred S.L. se reserva el derecho a introducir cambios en la mecánica o funcionamiento del concurso en cualquier momento y/o finalizarlo de forma
anticipada si fuera necesario por justa causa, sin que de ello pueda derivarse responsabilidad alguna. No obstante, estos cambios se comunicarán debidamente a través de los medios de comunicación de Alpred S.L. y en su caso otros medios. Alpred S.L. hará todo lo posible para evitar que ningún cambio perjudique a unos participantes respecto de otros.
No podrán participar en esta promoción cualquier persona que, a cualquier título, haya participado en la preparación del presente concurso.
14. Resolución de conflictos
La interpretación y el incumplimiento de las presentes Bases se regirán por la legislación española. Cualquier controversia que resultara de la interpretación o cumplimiento de las presentes bases, se someterá a los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de Lorca (Murcia).

Rules of the Meteored Photo Contest 2023
1.Summary of the bases
Meteorology has more and more followers. The state of the sky has always worried the population, but now global warming and, above all, the greater flow of information and images with time as the protagonist have awakened the collective conscience. For years now, the space dedicated to weather forecasting has been the most watched of the newscasts, a circumstance that has multiplied the duration of these sections, which are increasingly interactive due to the information provided by fans and, also, thanks to the many images that reach the newsrooms by the hand of dozens of disinterested photographers. Within the framework of this communication trend, and after the success of last year's call, Meteored organizes the 2023 Meteorological Photography Contest.
The contest takes place in two phases, a first in which Facebook and Instagram users, through their interactions, will decide which images should be finalists; and a second in which our professional jury will choose the winner from among these photographs.

3. Who can participate
Participation is open to all people over 18 years of age and residents of Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Mexico and the United States.
4. Period of action
This contest has a participation period between June 22, 2023 and July 6, 2023, both dates inclusive.
5. Participation process
The works will be presented in digital format via email to social@meteored.com.
Each author or author may submit a single photograph that must have a resolution of 300 pixels/inch. Images awarded in other contests, with frames or with watermarks, will not be accepted. The delivery period will be extended until July 6, 2023. Each photograph (file) will have to be duly named with the name of the author or author. The photographs may not be altered electronically or by any other means. Neither will photomontages be accepted. Minimal color and light corrections will be allowed, in case of doubt, the jury could request the Raw file from the author for verification.
6. Valuation criteria
Voting by Twitter users will not follow any criteria, they are free. The finalist photographs will be evaluated by the professional jury who will choose the winner based on the criteria of: adaptation to the theme, aesthetics, originality and representativeness of the phenomenon.
7. Operation and prizes
The contest will feature a prize consisting of a Sainlogic Professional WLAN Weather Station.
The choice of the winning photograph will take place in two phases. The first phase will take place through Meteored's official Instagram and Facebook accounts.
The photos received through the email social@meteored.com, which meet the participation criteria, will be published on the different social networks and those 10 photos with the highest number of "Likes" will be chosen (adding all the interactions that have obtained in the different networks). They may also be published on Twitter with the aim of promoting the contest, but interactions on this network will not be counted.
Between June 23, 2023 and July 13, 2023, the images eligible to participate will be published, in order of receipt. As of July 7, the date on which the last images will be uploaded, there will be one more week for them to continue collecting votes. On July 14, 2023, the interactions obtained up to that moment will be counted.
The jury will assess the finalist images from social networks and will choose the winner based on the contest criteria.
The jury's decision will be made public on July 18, 2023 through the Meteored networks and media, in the format considered most appropriate for notification and will be communicated personally, via email, to the winner. or winner.
8. Award recognition
The winner or winner has 5 calendar days from the day following the communication by email made by Meteored, to claim the prize and provide the necessary data for delivery or collection.
In the event that the winner does not respond within the period indicated to accept the prize, if she does not comply with all or some of the rules of this contest, or does not want or cannot enjoy the prize, she will go to the second classified photograph. The prize will not be exchangeable for its cash amount or for any other prize.
9. Assignment and reproduction
The authors of the winning and selected photographs will transfer their rights of reproduction, communication and publication to the organization of the contest for the purposes of dissemination, promotion or dissemination, as well as exhibition in traveling exhibitions linked to the organization, always citing the name of the author. / a and without prejudice to their own rights as author / a.
The participants claim to be the owners of the rights of the photographs presented and are responsible for their content with full indemnity from the organizers and sponsors of the contest.

10. Protection of personal data
Alpred S.L. is responsible for the processing of personal data and any other related data provided by the participants or interested parties. These data will be processed for the development and management of the contest based on the informed consent and these terms. The data will be kept at least as long as these purposes exist and for no longer than necessary or mandatory. By default they will not be communicated to third parties, except as provided by law. 11. Control standards
Alpred S.L. reserves the right to adopt as many measures as are appropriate to avoid any conduct that Alpred S.L. suspects has the purpose or effect of any attempt to act in fraud of this promotion or in breach of its rules or to the detriment of other participants,
whose first and immediate consequence will be the exclusion of the participant and the loss of all right to the prize that he would have eventually obtained.
It is prohibited to create or have more than one profile of each of the social networks in which you participate in order to alter the voting. Alpred S.L. reserves the right to invalidate, expel, eliminate or not take into account in the calculation those profiles that it considers suspicious of any fraudulent participation attempt, including, without limitation, the attempt to register more than one user profile of RRSS by a person, creation of false profiles or identity theft.

12. Limitation of liability
Alpred S.L., is not responsible for interruptions or failures on the Internet, on the RRSS pages, the cable network, electronic communications networks,
software or hardware failures or possible errors in the introduction and/or processing of answers, deliveries or personal data.
Alpred S.L. excludes any liability for damages of any nature that, despite the security measures adopted, could
be due to the improper use of the services and the contents by the users, and, in particular, although not exclusively, for the damages that may be due to the impersonation of a third party carried out by a user .
13. Other rules of the promotion
The simple participation in this contest implies the acceptance of these Bases in their entirety and the interpretative criteria of Alpred S.L. regarding the resolution of
any issue arising from this contest, so the manifestation, in the sense of non-acceptance thereof, will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence thereof, Alpred S.L. will be released from compliance
any obligation contracted with him.
Alpred S.L. reserves the right to introduce changes in the mechanics or operation of the contest at any time and/or terminate it
in advance if necessary for just cause, without any liability being derived from it. However, these changes will be duly communicated through the Alpred S.L. communication media. and where appropriate other means. Alpred S.L. will do everything possible to avoid that any change prejudices some participants with respect to others.
Any person who, in any capacity, has participated in the preparation of this contest may not participate in this promotion.
14. Conflict resolution
The interpretation and breach of these Bases will be governed by Spanish legislation. Any dispute resulting from the interpretation or compliance with these rules will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Lorca (Murcia).
